Site Facilities

We are blessed with our location, just outside Broadway in the north Cotswolds and on a quiet country road, but just a couple of miles from the A44.  

From the site there are views southwards towards the Cotswold escarpment and Broadway Tower, and westwards towards Bredon Hill and the Malvern Hills.

The site is newly developed for the 2026 season.

 

This is an adults-only site.

 

We offer a mix of hardstanding with grass and grass pitches. The hardstanding is heavy-duty grass reinforcement mesh, so pleasing on the eye but hard-wearing. 

 

We have two water points for drinking water. There is an Elsan point for chemical waste disposal and a drive-over grill for disposal of grey water. Bins for general waste and for recycling are provided.

 

We have 2 sets of toilets on site - 2 for male, 2 for female. Please be aware that there are currently no shower facilities or hot water as we await electricity connection. The toilets do also therefore not have an electricity supply.

 

We have an 7kW electric car charging point at the farm (next door to the site), which customers are welcome to use. The rate is currently 45p / kWh.

 

Customers are welcome to use firepits or barbecues on the condition that they are off-the-ground. We have a few firepits that we are happy to let you use if you don't have your own.

 

Once we obtain our long-awaited electricity connection we will be offering electric hook-ups for many of the pitches.
